The Following is a
Treatise By a Conservatives View Regarding Principles and
Declarations and the Steps Deemed Necessary to Assure a Return of Our Federal
Government Back to the People
The Conservative
movement and its superior judgment is this Countries only chance to make the
changes necessary to bring our Country back to people. The suppression of the
Democrat movement to a Socialist system is priority number one to reverse,
defeat and stop.
The Republican
National Committee (RNC) must prioritize its commitments for the 2010 reelection
cycle to those deserving and the election of new conservative based Senatorial
and Congressional Representative nominees throughout the country. The RNC must
change policies dramatically and not contribute or promote to the campaigns of
those prospective candidates who do not inspire to the core beliefs of the
conservative movement.
Constitutional
Government provides the opportunity to enact laws and these laws should be
intended to encourage the people of the United States to govern themselves. We
have lost this focus and we need to get back on tract. Tax burdens need to be assessed
that do not stifle labor, yet encourage savings and investments. We (that means
the voting electorate) need to dig ourselves out of this terrible entitlement
quagmire instituted by past legislatures starting back in the Franklin
Roosevelt administration of the do-gooder federal giveaway programs, subsidies
and absurd regulations. It is now running rampant and unchecked and it has now
taken on entirely new ramifications with the Socialist agendas put together by
Obama and the ultra Liberal Power Democrats now in legislative power.
Additionally,
all present Senators and House Representatives voting records and legislative
bill assembly skills should be put under a voter electorate microscope to
ascertain the authentic competence of his or her abilities to hold that
political office and if deemed not competent should be slated for removal and
replacement.
This declaration
is directed to the electorate of both Parties as these responsibilities are
upon both parties but more on the Republicans, as they have not carried out the
message that had been our communication statement to the voting electorate
starting with, during and after the Reagan years.
Just for your
edification, the founding fathers allowed only landowners to vote, not 18 year
olds, not 21 year olds, not even women, and no one voted who didn’t pay taxes
as we now allow today (a Democrat vote buying agenda). And now after the last
Presidential election it has become quite apparent that 90% of the electorate
should NOT be allowed to vote.
Too many of the
young individuals as well as all the uninformed, uninspired, uneducated,
unconcerned, undisturbed, uninterested, unworried, uncaring, indifferent, lazy,
and also the unaffected middle and older generations have no concept what the
beautiful act of voting is all about. They just vote completely uninformed and
vote for their Party representative (that’s a Democratic incase you haven’t got
the gist of this piece). And if you still don’t get it, just ask the people
with the “purple fingers” who just have received the right to vote after eons’
of dictatorial government, and all thanks to us here in the U.S.A.
Remember we, the
Conservatives are the true majority
not the minority, as the Liberals would prefer all to believe.
The following
items are not necessarily in order of priority but all are of equal importance
to have enacted within the next 4 to 6 years. All the following changes can be assured
of implementation by backing Senatorial and Congressional Republican Nominees
starting in the 2010 election cycle and these nominees must at minimum agree
with the following enactments listed below.
1.
Congressional Term Limits
·
This will be
extremely difficult to enact as the Congress has the sole authority to vote on
this type of legislation.
·
Your input to
your local delegate by refusing to contribute financially to their campaigns
and of great importance also refuse not to contribute to the RNC, this will
ensure candidates who will vote positively regarding this matter.
·
Senate Members
can serve no more than 2 (6yr.) terms.
·
House Members
can serve no more than 6 (2yr.) terms.
·
None can ever
rerun for other elective Federal Branch Offices.
·
The President
can appoint these past elective Federal office holders to a non-electoral
office or position.
2.
Presidential Line Item Veto
·
This is truly
necessary as a check against the outlandish spending by Congressional
spendthrifts (both Democrat and Republican office holders) who are only buying
votes with your money for their next elective term.
·
This must be
passed again and put again in front of the Supreme Court for a positive order
prior to the balance of the Court going back to the Liberal element.
3.
Income Tax Repeal to Change to a National
Consumption Tax
·
This would
assure that All Residents of the
U.S. would pay their fair share of taxes.
·
Deductions for
house mortgages, charitable deductions, etc., will continue and will be
returned to each taxpayer by the government.
·
Additionally,
it will assure that the huge underground cash basis network will also have to
pay through their consumption of goods and products.
·
All foreign
bound cash payments or bank checks to foreign country recipients will be taxed
at the same consumption tax rate.
4.
Actual Time Spent Campaigning for President and Congressional
Offices Must be Dramatically Shortened
·
The present
campaigning time allotted by our parties must be Dramatically Curtailed and
Endorsed to Reduce the Costs Associated with Campaigning for Federal Offices.
·
Today, typical
Senatorial Candidates must raise approximately $50,000 to $100,000 each day
they are in congressional session for their re-election (and that means they
are not conducting the peoples business, that might be good as most don’t
conduct the peoples business anyway.)
·
Adjustment of a
reduction of monies spent to campaign for Presidential and Congressional Office
terms is beyond any comprehensive realism and actuality.
·
Fairness
regarding number of TV spots each candidate can run during allotted campaigning
time periods.
·
Each and every
over-the-air station must give equal time and time slot for each party
representative during the campaigning time period.
5.
501C4’s & Pac type organizations must not be
allowed to contribute unlimited sums of money to political campaigns – the
monetary limit must be caped at the individual limit.
·
It requires
far too much money to run for political office
today – as an
example; a typical Senatorial race now
requires over
$50 million and how are would they not be
beholding to these
financial backers who contribute such
enormous funds?
6. The
Republican National Committee (RNC) must help select the Conservative
representatives throughout the U.S. that can be elected to bring about seats
taken away from the Democrats.
·
The only
chance the Republican Party has for its future success is to pick a true
Conservative in the races against Liberal and now more Socialist Democrats.
·
The RNC should
focus on the removal of the three Senatorial Republications who jumped ship and
voted with the Liberal Democrats on the Stimulus funding bill. It would be
better to lose these seats temporally so these three turncoats can no longer
have the privilege to be Senators.
·
Remember and
be sure that each nominee knows and completely understands that they are only
“temporary stewards of the Country” and as such they must be held to the conservative
standards throughout their tenure.
7. The
Health Care System should not be allowed to be converted to a National
Socialist Travesty by the President and the Corrupt Democrats to Convert the
Best Healthcare System in the World to a copy of the worst European and
Canadian systems in existence.
·
How could a Government managed health
system do anything correctly, effectively or to judiciously operate efficiently
except to increase dramatically the continuing spiraling cost to our Nation.
This also will wastefully convert our pharmaceutical industry to a supplier of
medicines and the pharmaceutical industry will not continue to spend the money
on future pharmaceutical and medical development and investment.
·
The government should not be allowed to
interfere or be the liberal reasoning for future health care development.
·
The legal tort system is the largest
contributor to the ever-increasing healthcare costs and must be modified or
removed to allow the industry as well as doctors, etc. to progress as its preeminent
past evolution.
And just for the edification of those who don’t remember or who were
not around at the time, please do not fail to take into account this; The
naming of a proposed socialist health care system after Senator Ted Kennedy is
Democrat party politics at its worse, and is being spearheaded by President
Obama, Nancy Pelosi the House Leader and Harry Reed the Senate Majority Leader.
It’s beyond intellectual capacity!
At best this sorry case of a human life form should have been
convicted of vehicular homicide or better yet manslaughter. How is it that the
official documents and the entire testimony regarding the death, by him, of
Mary Joe Kopechne on Chappaquiddick Island in July 1969 were, through his Democrat Party cronies
and family influences, put under judicial seal for 52 years (that’s 2021)??
He surely did not try to save her,
he did even walk across the road to knock on a door to call the authorities or
even an ambulance, but instead he merely went home. He didn’t have the gumption
to report the incident until the next day. That long night had given him and
his buddies plenty of time to realize there was no chance of plausible deniability.
That night, he was able to communicate with his lawyers and the phony Democrat
leaders and his personal manager about strategy on how to deny the events of
the evening. Our leftist media of the time, and even more so today, gave him a
virtual free pass by the almost non-existent press coverage of that disgraceful
event. Astonishing just Astonishing!!
And by the way, now equally guilty are the voting citizens of
Massachusetts as they should be totally ashamed of themselves and humiliated
beyond reasoning for continually voting this miserable human existence into
office and more importantly those Massachusetts Catholic voters certainly
should ask “someone” for eternal forgiveness, before their time comes, for
their complete lack of judicious evaluation, personal decision and sacrosanct judgment
– he and they are an absolute disgrace to all.
There are many more positions that need to be looked at and changed
and acted upon and these included among others to be; Generational Debt,
Education Reform, Excessive Duplication of Government Programs, and we need
real change not phony hope we are given by the socialist elitists now in
charge. Only the Conservative movement can bring about the changes necessary to
rid Washington D.C. of the vermin who call themselves Senators and House
Representatives whether they are Democrats or Republications.
